Julie Hamm founded Wishes & Dreams Destinations in Webster more than 11 years ago. She graduated from Worcester State University with a business degree, started out planning Florida and Disney vacations for families, and over time made cruises the center of her business. She holds the Master Cruise Counsellor title from CLIA and sails often herself to learn the ships firsthand. Travel planner Dorothy Rash, who spent more than ten years in hospitality, including time at Universal Parks, rounds out the team.
